Abstract

The Marczell Mihály Marczell Special Pedagogical Research Group of the Gál Ferenc University already carried out a large-scale research in May 2020. The results have already been published in several papers. The process of the research has been described in a previous paper (Kozma et al., 2020). Following our work in 2020, we have now developed two measurement tools (also online). One questionnaire was used to collect data on teachers' experiences and the other was used to survey parents. Our aim with this data gathering instrument development was to compare the data by performing mathematical statistical tests and to explore deeper correlations between the life in quarantine and the teaching/learning challenges it brings. The development of the questionnaire was completed in May 2021 and data collection took place in that month and June. Two-hundred-and-sixty-seven parents and 239 teachers completed the questionnaire. As in the 2020 survey, the majority of respondents were female. The two questionnaires are presented in this study.
